Returning Users: If prompted to enter just an email address, please click "Login with username/password". Enter your username and password, then click "LOGIN". (If you have forgotten your password, please click "Forgot your password?". After clicking, enter your username. and click "SEND EMAIL". An email will be sent with instructions and a link to reset your password.)
New Users: If first prompted to enter a username and password, please click “Login with email”. Enter your email address and click “LOGIN”. An email will be sent to that email address with instructions and a six-digit PIN number. After receiving the PIN, enter the six digits and click “LOGIN”. You are then logged into the portal. Please click “PROFILE” at the top right of the page. Detailed here are further instructions on how to set a username and password.
[All Users Note]: Once a username and password is set, the “Login with email” method can no longer be used to access the portal. If attempted, the page will change to the username and password log in screen, display your existing username, and prompt for a password.
